HGA Architects and Engineers has recently completed its new Los Angeles, California, office. The 16,000 sq.ft. space is a two-story, industrial-style office with a focus on bringing the community together as well as creating a collaborative work environment for employees to grow and thrive in.
The lobby acts as a 2,700 sq.ft. art gallery. Featuring all local artists and even artists working at HGA, the space is a cultural hub for both the workplaces and the community. The gallery was designed to function in part as a blank canvas, with the potential to host community events, seated dinner parties, or hold yoga classes.
The primary work space features 17’ ceilings in an open office layout, bench style seating, and well-lit spaces. The new space is capable of accommodating an additional 80 employees. Redesigned conference rooms that have casual arrangements and formal conference rooms incorporating the latest technology help employees to maximize their time spent in meetings and when brainstorming.
