Professionals Needed

Woolpert is hiring and deploying engineers, architects, project managers, and related professional and technical services personnel to aid in recovery efforts under a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance Technical Assistance Contract IV.  These professionals evaluate and assess damage and needed repairs to public infrastructure after federally declared natural disasters or emergencies.

Woolpert FEMA team leader Natasha Hartley said civil engineers, project managers, and site inspectors are most in need, along with associated subdisciplines.  The contract addresses a multi-state region, which includes Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana.

These services are crucial to evaluating the structural integrity of the roads, bridges, airports, and buildings hardest hit by disaster.  That’s why Woolpert is hiring these positions as regular, full-time employees with full benefits, rather than contractors, and why all expenses are covered while they are deployed.
