AVRP Skyport has appointed Brian M. Koshley, AIA, to the newly created role of chief marketing and business development officer. Koshley joined AVRP Skyport in 2018 as a principal in the firm’s Workplace and Corporate studios. Effective immediately, Koshley will nurture and expand the firm’s client relationships while overseeing market research, business intelligence, firm relations, external communications, and brand.
“Koshley brings over 33 years of architectural experience as a practitioner and has demonstrated exceptional leadership in marketing and networking to expand our business,” said AVRP Skyport CEO Douglas H. Austin, FAIA. “He has represented us outside of the traditional avenues of interiors and commercial office business development with outstanding results.”
“I am focused in this expanded role to campaign for our firm while continuing as a practitioner to provide the best possible service to our clients,” stated Koshley. “With recent wins throughout the firm, we are on track to have one of our best years ever. It’s an exciting time in the progression of AVRP Skyport, and I’m honored to be a part of it.”
Koshley earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, College of Environmental Design, and is a licensed architect in California.
