Board Expansion
The Marathon Companies, one of the nation’s leaders in the manufacturing and distribution of roof drains, vents, equipment, and accessories, is excited to announce the expansion of its Board of Directors. The company added two new members to the board, bringing the total number to four.
In April, the parent company of Marathon Roofing Products and MRP Supports added Jake Cislo, director of MRP Supports, and Amanda Fachko, manager of logistics and director of heath, wellness, and safety for both Marathon and MRP, to its board after president of The Marathon Companies, Tod Cislo, and his wife, Tina, secretary, determined it was time to expand their children’s roles within the company. In their new roles, Cislo and Fachko will help devise corporate strategies, ensure that the companies are aligned toward the same objectives, and determine and vote on major expenditures.
Cislo has been with the company for 16 years. He received a bachelor’s degree in business management from Kent State University and worked extensively in that region during his schooling to learn the industry. Fachko has been with the company since 2018. She received a master’s degree in community and school health from Canisius College and a bachelor’s degree in health promotion and education from Daemen University. Her expertise gained while working for a mental health services company has been a welcomed addition to the Marathon family.
