The acquisition strengthens The HCR Group’s preventative maintenance and roof asset management capabilities across its growing platform of commercial roofing companies. Warren RoofCare has built a strong reputation across Northern California for its disciplined maintenance programs, detailed reporting, and innovative client communication systems that help property owners proactively manage their roofing portfolios.
Founded in 1991 by Mark Warren, the company manages preventative maintenance programs covering more than eight million sq.ft. of commercial roofing assets annually across Sonoma County and the greater Bay Area.
