The project involves roofing not just a single hotel, but eight distinct buildings within the Harvest complex. After the leak barrier was laid, Tacoma Roofing was notified that the metal roofing panels for the steep-slope roof were delayed, meaning the leak barrier would be exposed for some period of time.
