Director
Zweig Group, a global leader in products and services to the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, has announced that Justin Ramirez is being promoted to director of mergers and acquisitions for the firm.
“Ramirez’s promotion to director of mergers and acquisitions advisory recognizes the growth of this area of Zweig Group and the need for strong, focused, ambitious leadership,” said Jamie Claire Kiser, managing principal and director of advisory services. “His expertise, attention to detail, and outstanding ability to build relationships and navigate negotiations with graciousness and expediency are unmatched. We are certain that under his direction, our mergers and acquisitions practice will continue to flourish.”
“I’m confident in our mergers and acquisitions team to continue to grow this area of the business for Zweig Group and to continue to build our place as a leader in mergers and acquisitions for AEC firms,” said Chad Clinehens, Zweig Group’s president and CEO. “He brings great mergers and acquisitions experience and a strong background in finance, accounting, and law, making him an excellent fit for the role.”
Prior to joining Zweig Group, Ramirez was a third-party provider risk analyst at Arvest Bank, where he was in charge of performing annual inherent risk assessments on more than 3,500 independent third parties. He also has more than nine years of experience in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Arkansas and a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas, School of Law.
“I’m excited to take lead of this thriving area of Zweig Group,” said Ramirez. “We have an exceptional team within an employee-empowered culture and an amazing brand legacy to build on. I’m honored to have the opportunity to continue both the success and legacy of my highly esteemed predecessor, Jamie Claire Kiser.”
